Thanks for the seminar and the case study in UCLA Extension. I have learned a lot about the procedure of the exporting and many very useful information about global trading.
The knowledge you have taught is really practical and more interesting than the boring theories. I am really appreciated that you introduced several databases and websites. When you talked about the “UN Comtrade”, I thought: wow why didn’t we have your class earlier. Because I just had just finished a case study and tariffs information were needed in that case. I had a very terrible experience in looking for the data. I mean, you really save us in searching for data! And the other websites are also so useful that my roommates—— who studies Global Trade in my university (Southeast University) ——says she can do with her papers more easily. Thank you so much again!
